To coincide with the COP30 international climate conference in Belém, Brazil in November, climate activists and youth groups in Birmingham are coming together to hold a ‘Cardboard Carnival’ with arts, crafts, music, dancing, vegan food, and a live link up with youth groups in Europe and South America.

The event will be hosted by Friction Arts at The Edge arts and community space near the City Centre. 

It will be youth led but all ages are welcome. Faith for the Climate’s open letter calls on the government to ensure that those most responsible for climate breakdown pay their fair share.

We have deep concerns about government plans to designate Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation.
