There is video of the shooting of a woman by ICE in Minneapolis circulating that shows an ICE agent repeatedly shooting her at point blank range while she tries to drive off. There was no obvious threat to any ICE agent.

My thoughts today are with the security people and police officers who defended the Capitol on January 6 and have been treated with such distain since by the GOP. For them and the Democratic leadership who lived through such chaos and no doubt continue to carry the scars within. We will not forget.

When my Oldest graduated in ‘21, his band program was down to 8 kids due to administrative decisions made when he was in 5th grade that discouraged kids from being in band.
There are now 19 kids in the high school band and 21 in junior high.
