It's been almost 2 months since the game I got kicked out of ended. I'm...honestly surprised by how much that actually hurt me and my enjoyment of tabletops. I still find myself occasionally thinking about it in my more depressive moments. How much I wish reacted more, said more, got more answers.

What are people's opinions on living worlds for TTRPG'S? I joined 2 of them before for Humblewood and had a terrible experience. I could never get into anything, was ignored constantly and it was extremely obvious that the runners were playing favorites. I've still had no luck finding -

Damn. After my last push to find a starfinder game kinda fizzled, I went to look at all of the sources I used to look up weekly for stuff and I see...nothing.

I just wish I knew where to look. I've also kinda come to the realization that some tables absolutely hate anthropomorphic characters, no matter what.
Thinking back on it, I think that's what got me kicked out of the last group I was in.

I think I'm going to step back from tabletop gaming. I get so invested in it that I want to do the best I can, but clearly people treat this as more of a disposable hobby, and considering how many times I've had my expectations betrayed, it's...just not worth the pain. At least, not now.

I don't get how you can play a game with someone for 2 years and just turn around and say it's not working out with no explanation. I've wished these people well, I've talked excitedly with them, expressed doubts, joked and laughed about silly things. I just...don't understand.

I just got kicked out of a campaign I've been in and just saw to it's conclusion as of today for...nebulous reasons. It's been happening for 2 years and I just....I just don't get it.
