NEVER NEVER NEVER talk to the cops. Saying this is literally the only thing you should ever say to a cop without advisement of legal counsel. Cops will always use what you say against you, even if you aren't a suspect of anything.
Do NOT argue with the cop about their probable cause. Let your lawyer do that later, it's what we're there for.
- DO say "I INVOKE MY RIGHTS TO SILENCE AND COUNSEL AND WILL NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WITHOUT MY ATTORNEY PRESENT." And then SHUT UP.
