Absolutely not. Peter's widow sued because she was not put in charge; but MLB said she wasn't qualified to run a baseball team. The other stakeholders don't have the cash on hand to buy the widow out, and she doesn't have the money to buy them out. Hence the team has to be sold to settle to case.

That's not something you've won in negotiations. That's just the letter of the law. You don't get to claim that as a win.
