RIP dear mother. Mavis Marie Hopkins was born on 13 Aug 1933 in Kentucky, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the widow of my father, Vonie Williams. We had this photo professionally taken in 1992 in Florida about a year after dad died. Mom passed away, suddenly and peacefully, on Dec. 3, 2025.

Ross has always been willing to spend money; he just hasn't had the right people in place to spend the money wisely. I kinda think Sulley is the right guy for the job, based on his Packers resume and the guys who taught him the ropes.

Both are passionate and emotional fellows, and I'm OK with that. You can tell they care about their families and their players, and that will build a better locker room. Liked what Haf said about what he wants in an offense. Liked Sulley's key to building a winning program. Came away impressed.
i recommend that no matter how 'meh' you are on the hire, you take the time to listen to the presser at some point over the next few weeks. definitely a breath of fresh air listening to someone talk without being stoned & saying umm 1000 times (i know, pot meet kettle or wahtever)
