So this IL Hospital Association memo describes an incident where ICE detained a US citizen, gave them HEART PROBLEMS, took them to a hospital where the fought with medical personnel, then left when they realized they detained a CITIZEN.

From what @unraveledpress.com has captured, it appears many/most ISP officers do NOT have bodycams switched on. (Albeit, it's hard to tell on video.)

Another example of a slight alteration of #tinytoon adventures for #gameboy . Always felt like Plucky's eyebrow (which came from the intro) made it look like he resented Babs, which didn't match with Buster and Hamton's faces. I redid it in a way I hope remains respectful to the original artist.
