Even in the context of UNFCCC and Paris Agreement, I've had people tell me it's all international law and not really enforceable. Ok how come bilateral treaties with investor-state provisions are enforceable then? Selective legitimisation that somehow always undermines public interest

So many copaganda accounts on here are using tragedy of Lapu-Lapu Day to argue for more policing. Cops maybe running press conferences, but majority of people responding to this tragedy are community members offering & sharing resources & health care workers (many of whom are Filipinx immigrants).
