Harbaugh being gone feels more like it was just needed to clear the air around the team, it can't be called anything but a success with him but constant failure to get over the hump in recent years created a razor's edge where 2018 and 2021 were possible inflection points that he survived.

Perhaps now people will stop wishcasting about the US military refusing illegal orders. That's not a thing that happens. The 100% compliance rate with using civilian boats for target practice was a bit of a tell.

Next step in the Remedy Line-up is Control, a better video game than Alan Wake but not really as interesting as a story. It's dense with the "lore" but that came at the cost of the flow of the story, too many codex entries, video and audio logs in rooms creating a stop and start effect.

It appears that ignoring the game awards as I have been for the past 6 years continues to be a good decision as the only things that matter are trailers to games that will either actual come out or be cancelled in a few years time and doesn't require me to watch keighley

Existing disability services are deeply underfunded, aggressively audited, means-tested constantly, and can be labyrinthine to even access or maintain without assistance. As someone who spent two decades as a cog in that system, concerns about fraud are overblown compared to the real existing need.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

Being around my well meaning but liberal family it becomes clear unless I have kids they don't take me seriously as a person because somehow that should be identifier of a "real" adult which is always hilarious that I chose not to make the same mistakes they did during their lives.
