I'm reading a lot about 86 46 or 86 47. I assume that 46 and 47 refer to Biden and Trump, respectively (being the 46th and 45th/47th president, respectively).
But 86 seems to stand for 'kick them out' and I don't know why.

I do believe that a gathering of enemy soldiers in uniform is a valid military target, and if large enough justifies what's called 'collateral damage'.
That said, if I were Zelensky, I would not attack the parade. I would use the fact that Putin amassed his defences there to attack somewhere else.
