Bason, 303 F.3d 507, 521 (4th Cir. 2002); Nken, 556 U.S. at 436 (“[T]here is a public interest in preventing [non-citizens] from being wrongfully removed, particularly to countries where they are likely to face substantial harm.”). This is the exact situation the Government has placed Abrego Garcia in. An IJ has already determined that Abrego Garcia was entitled to withholding of removal to El Salvador because he was likely to face persecution there. But the Government removed him anyway. The irreparable harm in this case is the harm being done to Abrego Garcia every minute he is in El Salvador.
