Listen. I hated waiting all day but I truly loved going to the salon with my mom as a child 🥹 salon culture was comforting. Shoutout to Carla and Cozy QV salon 💖
I don’t necessarily miss being in the hair salon all day but I miss the sisterhood of being in a hair salon all day if that makes sense.
That was one of the few times as a kid you could listen to adult business. And then as you became an adult, the advice would be delightful.

As of 12/24/25, USPS changed policy on when they postmark mail. Mail dropped off is no longer guaranteed a same-day postmark. I just saw something that said the next big thing in education for the rich will be tech-free schools. This reminds me how all of those tech company owners are like "oh no my kids can't use our product." They're pushing A.I. on your kids but making sure their kids don't touch it.

I’ve learned my skin behaves better when I keep my routine minimal. Cleanse, tone, moisturize, spf in the daytime, an occasional exfoliant at night and a weekly hydration mask. Anything more and my skin freaks out.
