But I’ve been tracking these across the government and the general pattern is that cases are stopped before they are dismissed.

I am sorry if the post was confusing. Point was to show cases ongoing as of 1/20. In my view, 3 separate cases associated with the same CEO being dismissed or halted *is* many. You may disagree. In light of political pressure, the rest are at risk.

The only case here dropped is the SpaceX civil rights case.

I count one as halted, the DOL discrimination case vs Tesla.

To tech corporations, the message is that breaking the law in pursuit of profit might just be worth it – especially if you are seen as an ally of the administration.
