Plenty of Batman & Robin jokes to be made here, of course, but it's also pretty fascinating stuff. Nature is savage.

Watched "The Smashing Machine" - Dwayne Johnson earns the Oscar nom he's likely to get, but so does his makeup team. He disappears into the role. Story wobbles a bit at the end, but feels sincere. Costuming & set design really root it within its time. #filmreview #filmsky #thesmashingmachine

I periodically log in to the Nazi guy's old bird site to retain control of my (very old) account & username there. Noticed an option to have Nazi guy's AI "explain" the post I've had pinned there for a year or so. Credit where it's due, it does a decent job of it (text copied/pasted below):

Would be a shame to lose this gorgeous, modernized arts space:
“Without the Massry, there’s not a good, small-sized concert hall in the city of Albany,” Barker Schwartz said. “It’s really important that they figure out some way to make it viable for it to stay what it was meant to be.”
Saint Rose Massry Center is a home 'waiting to happen' for artists, community
Lack of finances and operational resources prove a major stumbling block for local arts organizations vying to keep the Massry Center a community arts space.

Watched "The Luckiest Man in America" w/ Paul Walter Hauser as Michael Larson, who broke the bank on "Press Your Luck" in 1984. PWH makes every role bigger & better than what's in the script.
