I would say that you have to train yourself to focus on the actual people who care about you & who you care about/respect. Also you have to really live into your values. Both of those things will help you weather the opinions of strangers. I think that's different than not giving a fuck.
It takes training and conditioning to not give a fuck what people think. Contrary to popular belief, even if you’re born with the ability society and peer pressure will slowly make you give a fuck. You have to unlearn, recondition, and focus.

This is the shit that makes me violent. They want my independence. It's not theirs to take.

My Airbnb host told us there would be a power outage starting at lunchtime, which apparently means 7am, so my friend and I bought day passes for a thermal spa just so we could shower and use toilets.

Something I have to reiterate is that you are being straight up lied to about trans people and our healthcare on an unfathomable scale, this instance reporting is already being torn to shreds by other people commenting, but the frequency of this kind of reporting is astonishing, it's neverending.
You might think from the headline that this is a story about a trans kid suffering medical consequences from a large drug dose but nope! It is just an interview with an estranged father who is angry that his child happily transitioned.

My friend and I saw wisps of the Northern Lights as we drove to the cabin in Quebec and apparently there's a coronal blast today so we'll have a chance to see them even more clearly while we're here.
