Occasionally I am reminded of how little I have watched broadcast television after I got married. This is all new to me.

Good chance if I had seen these as a child, I would have thought you were the coolest man on Earth.

Is it only considered nudity if it's something that sticks out? Will large men's breasts one day be considered indecent? Or will it never count because it's men? I look at the world like a space alien on occasion.

I remember seeing a commercial for a women's pubic razor and they used tree trimming as a demonstrator/euphemism and musing "How long before they just show pubes on TV ads? 100 years? 1000?" It was like *a* year.

String of thoughts I don't know are funny. Men: no shirts = ok. Women: no shirts = not ok. Legal, but not culturally acceptable. Women: skin tight pants that show butts/genitals = ok. Men: skin tight pants that show butts/genitals = not ok. Legal, not culturally acceptable.

"He was right there! Why didn't you say anything 29C?"

Tried durian fruit for the first time. Not nearly as disgusting as promised, but certainly odd. Reminiscent of very sweet Maui onions, would probably be very good battered and deep fried.

Pritzker isnt a sure win, but he at least understands that every Republican despises him simply for existing (all over Illinois by the way), so there's no point in trying to appeal to their made-up wedge issues. Trans people vote. Parents with trans kids vote. Extended relatives of trans people vote

Guys like this think Republicans won't vote for them because they're "too liberal," when in reality, Republicans won't vote for them because they're "from California."

I saw this racist bullshit coming the second our classrooms switched from blackboards to whiteboards.

Yeah, it would be far more effective and desirable to marry a younger person who you also love. The Substance is more like adopting a random 20 year old and going into an intermittant coma.

Saw a black and white flag (with no blue or red line) and was confused for a moment.

In a part of the country where you see obnoxious right wing bumper stickers, squint a little, and they're ironic left wing bumper stickers.

Mine as well. Sci fi like this always needs a "what this person did differently" angle. Outside of being famous, this is exactly what would eventually happen to everyone using this. If not outlawed, there would be a major stigma against "the injections that make you explode.

So many movies and shows do this. We know who British people are. We won't be confused.

WHY WOULD YOU, KNOWING YOUR ENTIRE CAST IS B-GRADE BRITISH ACTORS, WRITE A SCRIPT WHERE THEY HAVE TO PLAY U.S. MILITARY!?!?!

JUST MAKE THEM ALL BRITISH!

Thank you, I was wondering why solo John Fogerty wasn't a bigger deal

Gave the gameboy title Batty Zabella a good college try, but the combination of getting stuck, enemies attacking with no real combat system, and generally pervy (and funny) atmosphere made this a non-starter on an airplane surrounded by strangers.

Evercade remains a strong airplane device. Here are five or ten games you've never heard of. You might like one. You only brought this and one other cartridge and you are stuck here for hours.

Played the game Jane Austen's 8-bit Adventure and was quite charmed (even if you do have to play it over again to see the "real" ending because I actually might). Ridiculous premise that controls moderately well with great music - reminded me of Nightmare on Elm Street in that way.

I enjoy pop music just as much as the next person (usually at least 20 years after it was popular). I love Madonna's greatest hits. I do not love Madonna. Madonna does not care if I love Madonna. I lack the fortitude to love Madonna to the extent she wants it, as evidenced by her many songs about it
