If the GOP wants to protect kids, the irreversible mutilation happening to kids is from the bullets shot into their bodies while they’re at school. Ending the gun violence epidemic will save lives. Using the government to bully trans kids does nothing but hurt more people.

28 people have died in ICE custody since Trump took office. These facilities are overcrowded & are putting their own profits over health and safety. We need oversight & accountability NOW.

The board unanimously approved a substitute motion introduced by District 7 Commissioner LaDena Bolton to extend a moratorium until June 23, 2026, blocking new licenses or permits for data centers until that date, according to Miranda Rupkey, district chief of staff for Super District 6. By extending the moratorium, which was set to expire Tuesday, commissioners agreed to delay any new data center development while they consider possible regulations in unincorporated DeKalb County.
