I have been using mice since mice were available to use and, other than that brief window of time when laptops had LCD screens, this has only been a problem recently.

Been brushing my teeth everyday regularly for 3 months now (it was a problem growing up) I’m proud of myself and my goal for next year is to make sure I do it every single day.
It takes 21 days to make something a habit, so start December how you want your 2025 to go.
