If your AI tool is soooo good I cannot even live without it, how come you gotta try to trick me into clicking on it or make it so I can't opt out of it? If it's such an incredible necessary product, how come I don't WANT to use it but am being BULLIED into using it? 🧐

Just want to urge anyone in the U.S. eligible to vote for anything at all this election cycle to please do so. Shock everyone with the turnout. Make jaded pundits cough coffee out their noses. Make poll volunteers smile. Make voter suppressors nervous again.

Not sure "if Trump could have silenced dissent by shutting down rallies, trampling on your freedoms, he would have" is quite the argument that the speaker thinks it is.
Mike Johnson: "The irony was that they called it the No Kings Rally, but if President Trump was a king, the government would be open. If President Trump was a king, he would've closed the nationals parks and the National Mall so they couldn't of had the rally out here."

MAGA: Haha, "No Kings" libtards. Trump isn't a king.
Trump: I am King. Here is my crown. Now I'm using the military to shit on civil rights.
MAGA: THIS IS WHAT I VOTED FOR!

With Trump posting a video of himself wearing a crown and dumping shit on Americans, we've reached another low on the 'lack of leadership' scale. But that was always the GOP plan: convince people that Federal government is useless and guaranteed to fail ...so you can profit when you destroy it.

The teeny tiny No Kings things in very red areas are so huge

Say like five or six people show up. None of them knew each other before. Suddenly they’re all friends. And maybe from that you get a group that does longer-term organizing that can punch *way* above its weight considering where it is

The thing about No Kings the GOP doesn't seem to get isn't that we hate you as much as it is that we recognize you for what you are.

You're a threat. You're a threat to our lives, our livelihoods, our families, our friends.

We WILL drive you out of power. You haven't given us any other choice.

Increase a little bit? Who is he talking to??

Health care premiums are set to increase in Leader Thune's home state of South Dakota by TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE PERCENT (235%!!!) next year.
THUNE: These premiums are going up a little bit b/c of the expiration of the enhanced tax credits

VITALI: I think people hearing their premiums are doubling don't feel that it's a little bit

T: I'm just saying only a small part of that is attributable to the expiration of the enhanced tax credits

In the near future economy, I bet the skill of “can type a prompt into ChatGPT and repeat whatever it says” will be less in demand than “understands things enough to catch when ChatGPT makes an error or hallucinates.”
Wow. Just wow.

"Students pay premium prices for information that AI now delivers instantly and for free. A business student can ask ChatGPT to explain supply chain optimization or generate market analysis in seconds. The traditional lecture-and-test model faces its Blockbuster moment."

Extremely dark that the entire U.S. government is lying down to be steamrolled by something called the Trump agenda for fear of some force called "Donald Trump" while the actual Donald Trump has no idea what's happening
Helluva @notusreports.bsky.social scoop showing that Trump has no idea what's in his budget bill. Seems like something that ought to get a lot more attention.

Also this: a republican house member actually admits that they are attacking medicaid. Yes, they are.

Sadly, the color green trumps all others in America. I fear the only time when enough Americans realize how truly f'd and weakened this country has become as a result of Trump and Republicans is when they lose their homes, jobs, income, and/or benefits. Will happen sooner than later, tragically.

I don't particularly care what Democrats need to work through in their internal reviews of the election, but as long as Trump has hit the ground running with wildly unpopular moves, I think in public the message should be, "It was a close election and he lied a lot."
