I SWEAR I turned the ac unit on "fan" mode before I opened the door but I just realized, it reset to COOL after turning the unit off and on again AND HAS BEEN RUNNING ON COOL FOR HOURS WITH THE DOOR OPEN

Told myself if I ended up testing positive for any autoimmune markers I'd say "fuck it" and bleach my hair again.
It's all negative (good), so I guess I'll have to keep my hair natural (also probably good).

Would have loved to be present at the Hands Off demonstration but unfortunately I woke up with all of my joints inflamed from either the b12 shot or the tdap booster (maybe I shouldn't have done both at the same time)
