Say what you will about the 2000 adaptation of How the Grinch Who Stole Christmas, but it really fucking tried.
People like Ron Howard and especially the late James Horner have done their damndest to bring the costume department, set designs, and the music in this film.

I'm absolutely and truly devastated about what happened to Rob Reiner. His string of films throughout the 80s and into the early 90s was unlike any other filmmaker and he was truly a hilarious personality. I am appalled to hear of his murder and I'm just utterly devastated.

I have more flaws than I’m willing to admit, but one of my most glaring flaws is that I’m a stressaholic. Yes. I’m an easily irritable guy, and it’s not very fun. If anything, it’s very debilitating.

I've loved Sigourney Weaver ever since one of my all-time favorite movies, ALIEN. Couldn't resist going all fanboy on her yesterday & asking for a photo. She told me she's now in the cast of The Mandalorian. Talk about bad timing: she's now in that galaxy far, far away, years after I checked out! 💔

Reviewers and critics shouldn't have to bow down to their audience if their review is different from the general consensus. If it's different from their opinion, that's fine. Makes their voice more unique than anything. You shouldn't get so attached to what critics say.
