Welcome to the biannual "got bored with my so-called personal brand" extravaganza! I'm just using my name now. If I get bored with that, I'm in deep trouble.

Everyone likes to rant about how #AI is going to take all our tech jobs, but has anybody stopped to think that maybe it’ll be the other way around?

Democrats: How do we win back the working class while resisting Trump?

Bernie Sanders: [becomes the most popular politician in America by ruthlessly attacking the oligarchy]

Bernie Sanders: +7
Elissa Slotkin: +1
JB Pritzker: Even
AOC: -3
Pete Buttigieg: -3
Donald Trump: -5
JD Vance: -8

Maybe Democrats can learn something from them

This Fiona Apple narrated explainer PSA on how to film (and release footage from, not livestream) ICE arrests is exactly what we need from people with production skills right now and is worth about 3 million celebrity “imagine” covers in terms of survival utility

After all the lectures about the iconoclastic, risk-taking, fearless titans of tech and how deserving they are of their riches, it's pretty amusing to watch each one collapse like a silent-movie queen under the slightest pressure from Trump. (Unfortunately, it also has terrible consequences for us.)

Bragging time:

This study will be done using software that I designed.

Designing for a FAANG company is cool, I’m sure, but if I can say my work was a drop in the bucket contributing to something such as curing Alzheimer’s or dementia, I can die a happy man.
Alzheimer’s could be diagnosed decade earlier after blood proteins study
UK based project could pave way for blood tests to detect diseases years before diagnosis

this is all top bankers really want. they are a simple folk, denied too long by a society trampled by woke culture. and what would we do without them?
“I feel liberated,” said a top banker. “We can say ‘retard’ and ‘pussy’ without the fear of getting cancelled . . . it’s a new dawn.”

Business in the age of Trump. Sounds liberating.
