I know it’s not technically polite, but I love having a conversation with other people who are comfortable with short interjecting interruptions. To me it makes the conversation feel more like something we’re weaving together rather than alternating individual presentations. It feels more alive.

So glad to be an organizer not an influencer because I know from my experience that if I suddenly can't show up, I don't need to stress for one moment about what they'll do without me – I trust someone else will do it just as well in their own way. We've all got each other covered in community.

Seriously, there is nothing in life more precious to me than the void, and the substantial amount of time I've always made to stare into it, since as long ago as I can remember.
One of the reasons AI is so insidious: 90% of good writing is sitting around and trying to figure out what the hell you're going to write next.
I spent more time staring into the void at my laptop than I do writing the actual text.
