Fwiw I think the “apologize for being white” thing is very clearly about making sure white people don’t feel an obligation to alleviate past injustices or make society fairer. Ultimately to do that you have to raise taxes and the billionaires holding Vance’s leash don’t want that.

Trump on Friday had his name posted on the wall of the Kennedy Center. Obviously Trump had the letters made for his name to be put on the Kennedy Center before Thursday's vote. The vote was a charade to cover for what Trump had already planned to do.
