Thank goodness for all those "patriots" who amass huge stockpiles of guns in case the Government becomes tyrannical. Would hate to think that you were all lying about that at the expense of all the lives lost in mass shootings (including children), just so you could justify keeping your toys.
Nobody is rioting. Nobody is breaking any laws. These are cops in my city of Las Vegas just assaulting and arresting anyone on Fremont Street who looks at them. This is fascism.

Too late now, but if someone with a large stencil had spray-painted the word "Rights" in big letters all down the road, so the tanks had to drive over them, that would've been golden.

I'm sure this was a rhetorical question, but for those that are genuinely perplexed by this situation, it's because the MAGA/America First ideology considers any form of empathy to be anti-American. They'll also claim to be pious whilst being the least Christ-like as possible.

Wait until Bukele says he died and refuses to release the body (to hide the fact that all the deportees were murdered shortly after they arrived, as per the agreement with Trump).
Kilmar Abrego Garcia sought asylum in the US because he was running away from El Salvadoran gangs? And he was jailed together with them? This was totally irresponsible! His life is at great risk; his chances of surviving diminish with each passing day, unfortunately.

Depending on the outcome,Trump was either going to decide due process wasn't a thing anymore, or that the Judicial Branch wasn't a thing anymore. It's hard to celebrate and be positive whilst on the precipice of a constitutional crisis.
Today I am being attacked by pessimists because I celebrated the fact that the Supreme Court decided to free Kilmar Abrego Garcia and bring him home.

I was taken by surprise by the news that the Trump Administration was pushing towards deporting US citizens to El Salvador. I thought they'd start by revoking birthright citizenship, making it retroactive, then deporting children born in the US to immigrant parents. They're full of surprises.
