I stopped by Tbilisi State University this evening, where the academics appeared angry (something that happens far too rarely).

Oh, one last note. I had raised this concern about external harassment of faculty in the hope of being proactive. I wanted systems set up expecting that it could become an issue. As someone who writes about disinfo, I've received angry emails, but didn't expect much yet at my uni. I was wrong.
