This assumes that radicalisation is a bad thing. This type of liberal morality is exactly why we are in the mess we are.
Our social contract is tattered. Radicalization is so much easier in this kind of environment where economic insecurity is chronic and widespread and extreme inequality only grows more extreme. We're a dry forest just waiting for a spark to consume us. Universal basic income and healthcare can help.
