What Daphne said here. But even leaving all that aside, if your entire business is built off of scraping the web, it's QUITE a look to then file a lawsuit saying "scraping *our* site might violate copyright law."

Potentially a big development that could force Tesla to rebrand Autopilot and FSD at least in California. FWIW, California legislature passed a law just to force & arm DMV to pursue this case which they've now won.
