More people need to know this:

In Epstein’s 2008 federal deal, prosecutors agreed not to pursue federal charges against Epstein or any unnamed “potential co-conspirators.”

That functioned as protection for people involved before 2008, similar to immunity.

Just watched Weapons. Like all good horror, comes with comedy moments. Excellent story telling, lets the viewer work it all out without clunkingly obvious plot devices.

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers more than $15 an hour.”

What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”

Funny how that works.

How we beat back the corporate takeover of America:

1. Break up corporate monopolies
2. Continue building union power
3. End Citizens United and get big money out of politics

Let’s keep working to unrig the system.

Increase in productivity since 1979: 87%

Increase in hourly pay since 1979: 32%

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.

As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

He let loose almost 200 unhinged posts on Christmas Day.

You’d think someone would have wrestled his phone away after 20, 40 or even a hundred posts.

They know he’s too far gone.

They also know he won’t escape the Epstein fallout.

They’re letting him make his case for the 25th amendment.

No, you can’t do that, airhead. It’s not within your authority and it violates several laws.
