Love this! Seriously though, do this! Or something else hilarious and ridiculous, because you have to in this odd life! I do weird shit. Yesterday I got lost in the children’s section of rainbow sunglasses at my superstore Tesco. And I definitely tried them on. And that’s mild!

#mentalhealth, #suicideprevention, Deep down, we can find our inner reasons to #stay. remember that you want to stay, too. For me, my mum’s memory and my own defiance against my own defeat that feels so crushingly all encompassing, and I rebel. Use your inner ‘problem child’, You’re the solution.
