Idk the details of this plan, but I know the day before the January ceasefire, something like 6 aid trucks entered Gaza. Day one of that ceasefire, over 900 trucks entered Gaza. If nothing else, any easing of the aid restrictions will save lives, even if I'm not hopeful this is permanent.

Fascinating work here tracing how the IDF recycled 3D assets from a cyberpunk sci-fi art project, the Scottish Maritime Museum and elsewhere to populate its widely-seen models of supposed enemy locations in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran. One of the most infamous, the alleged underground Hamas command center at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, used to justify an unprecedented assault on the biggest medical center in Gaza, was actually an animation the IDF had used the previous year, saying at the time it was a tunnel beneath a UN school.

and their opposition to Plaintiffs’ requested temporary restraining order and preliminary
injunction. Proposed amici are States with a vested interest in federalism, the relationship between

interest in supporting the President and Congress in enacting and enforcing valid immigration

I can’t really say I’ve ever had many “bad” days out flying fishing, but today was definitely one of those. I spent most of it screaming at rocks for stealing flies on my back cast (river was in a trough at mid rod level) and just not getting much.

The *only* fish I caught today was this coho.

Ellis rules that the plaintiffs have standing for their case. She cites the "ongoing and sustained record of conduct" by federal agents gathered over the last month.

She further finds the plaintiffs have plausibly shown feds have "frustrated" efforts to "protect journalist safety."

At one point during the hearing, the judge asked the prosecution why the case can’t be tried before mid-December.

Lemons replied: We are “just getting our hands around” discovery in the case.

There’s lots of it, he added, and it includes a “significant” amount of classified information.

This is an open admission of unconstituonal action. Reasonable suspicion is what’s necessary to make the stop. *All* arrests must have met *probable cause.

Much of your rights are to some level open to some level of interpretation, but this is mandatory and black and white.
