There's more empathy in Sean Baker's films than there are special effects in Marvel movies. Loved Anora but The Florida Project is my favorite film of all time. Tangerine, Starlet, Prince of Broadway, Red Rocket, all great. Also, he's the Elia Kazan of directing non-actors.
