From 14 – 22 Feb 2026 buses will replace trains between Gravesend and Dartford towards Crayford, Barnehurst, and Slade Green

Services will run as normal into London along the Sidcup, Bexleyheath and Woolwich routes

As expected, public approval of congestion pricing in New York is following the same trajectory it followed in London, Stockholm and everywhere else it was tried. One would hope we could learn a lesson from such things!

Transport for London has revealed details of its planned Superloop bus between North Greenwich, Woolwich and Abbey Wood, which would replace the existing 472 service.

The SL11 would be a limited-stop route - so a number of passengers in Woolwich and Charlton face losing out.
