I wrote an article for the first new issue of TPUG Magazine! It's about the best music programs for the Commodore 64 music keyboard overlay so you can play your SID chip like a real instrument.

I've been sitting on a finished song for about a year now cause I haven't decided how I want to release it. Wrote it in New Orleans & recorded in Portland. I played all the instruments and engineered & mixed it myself, and I'm pretty proud of it 💖.
New song coming soon!

I grew up in Nimiipu (Nez Perce) homeland, and getting ready to move across the continent has me feeling ways so I'm working on a Nez Perce Waters map to pay homage to the land and the people whose homeland I'm from. Here's a small workup testing ink and watercolor for the final big one #art

One of the reasons I like Minecraft so much, is that beyond a certain level, how "good" you are completely depends on your style and what you want out of the game: people who play cottage core can play the same servers as ppl who play heavy automation or weird niche styles and have fun together.
Basically my thought is this: if difficulty level was really an artistic choice rather than a smug one, we’d actually judge players who are naturally really good at like a souls game for not finding something even harder bc the game isn’t hard for them; they are playing against devs concept

I went from C64 newb to now I know what chips do what, I've replaced a faulty VIC-ii chip, I know the difference between a 250425 and 25407 motherboard and how to generally troubleshoot a blank screen or garbled character screen. In the last week lol. #c64 #retrogaming #lesbian
