Hey NYTimes — *now* you’re lighting the beacons? NOW?!? After months of “Sauron: Avatar Of Evil… Or Extreme Uniter?” thumbsucker reporting you’re screaming what we’ve known since 2015? Fuck all the way off.

If you wanted to decrease the cost of homes, one thing you wouldn’t do is put a flat tariff on your main source of timber.

People will quite literally parrot anything that they hear without even considering what they are saying for one second. Smh
Had a moment yesterday in Teams chat at work. It went like this:
Colleague: “The sugar in our food is literally more addictive than heroin.”
Me: “No.”
Colleague: “ok, maybe not.”

This is what we’re up against. They don’t even believe. PUSH BACK.

We deleted and shredded those records and stopped tracking reading history for that reason.

Unbelievable…what a time we live in
Just the <checks notes> Chair of the House Appropriations Committee going on the record to say that appropriations statutes “are not a law.”

The United States Congress, ladies and gentlemen.
