Altering archive photos is a falsification of history. It's extremely important not to do that.
It's bad enough that I have to put up with retouched behind-the-scenes images (green screen replaced by gray...), but if on top of that they modify details from the past...

I thought something seemed off about the the image posted below: it's a photo that's been edited and colorized by AI. Please don't do that.

Often when our list of Adobe alternatives is shared people comment that it's okay to pirate Adobe software. It's not, because that still supports Adobe through usage and staying in their ecosystem. Instead, do look into alternatives!
