that's pretty good, but I really favor The Mouth of Sauron.

Better up his support of President Sauron, therby laying the ground work for Sauron's blessing and pardon. Pardons are clearly up for sale.
NEW: Former “We Buy Ugly Houses” franchise owner Charles Carrier agreed to plead guilty to one count of felony wire fraud that carries a potential 20-year prison sentence.

The plea follows a ProPublica report detailing how Carrier bilked investors across Texas out of millions of dollars.

Great news for Washingtons Second Confressional District citizens. Thanks @repricklarsen.bsky.social
This month, I requested nearly $37 million for 15 local projects that Northwest Washington leaders and stakeholders identified as critical to their communities.

This is the perfect definition for the GOP definition of 'compassion.'
"Well, we are all going to die." --Senator Joni Ernst

That has to be the glibbest way any politician has ever told a constituent that they didn’t give a shit about them.

Let's call her who she really is, 'The Mouth of Sauron.' She is so much more than just 'creepy.' You know she is lying when you see her lips moving.

Creepy? You bet!! She is after all The Mouth of Sauron.

Wait, I thought Heard Island had no human population. They drive Toyotas there?! My world is completely rocked.
We do not condone international attacks on police vehicles or hoods. The poor officers already have to drive around a Toyota; this is all the more demeaning.

This elephant seal has been sternly lectured and released back to Heard Island custody

OH, pooooooor baby. Just another one of Sauron's minions. Perhaps he is an Orc.
trying to think of a less sympathetic doofus than don bongo
Dan Bongino has a nice cry on Fox & Friends: "I gave up everything for this. I mean, my wife is struggling... I stare at these 4 walls all day in DC, you know, by myself, divorced from my wife. Not divorced, but I mean, separated. And it's hard."

(Note that Brian Kilmeade has to encourage him lol)

Honestly, shouldn't it be worse than this? DOGE will actually result in increased federal spending. UFB! Product shortages are coming due to the tariffs, tourism losses estimated at 90B. I hope folks finally realize what an absolute joke this is . Great, no one will want to come here.
This is absolutely brutal

Shocking...not.

"DOGE is not a serious exercise," said Jessica Riedl, a fellow at the Manhattan Inst, a fiscally cons think tank that supports streamlining gvmt. She estimates DOGE has only saved $5B to date, and believes it will end up costing more than it saves.

100 days of DOGE: lots of chaos, not so much efficiency
At the Social Security Administration, lawyers, statisticians and other high-ranking agency officials are being sent from the Baltimore headquarters to regional offices to replace veteran claims processors who have been fired or taken buyouts from the Trump administration.

Wow. Just frightening to even contemplate that kind of naiveté. We seem to be approaching some big trouble if we are not already there.
Whew, this conclusion from the Fourth Circuit:

"We yet cling to the hope that it is not naïve to believe our good brethren in the Executive Branch perceive the rule of law as vital to the American ethos."
April 17, 2025 at 7:24 PM
OUTRAGEOUS does not even do this justice. Un-frickin-believeable. How can this possibly end well for anyone?
Trump is cozying up to a foreign dictator who jailed 50,000+ under martial law in El Salvador — no charges needed.

Now Trump wants that same power in the U.S.

Democrats are banned from visiting the CECOT mega-prison.

Republicans? Welcomed in.
