On the road again, picking up in Germany. After a long drive, a quick overnighter at Zum Krug. Gänsebraten mit Rotkohl (roast goose with red cabbage) with a 1966 Hocheimer Neuberg Riesling Spätlese by Aschrott. Good call, Josef Junior!

The Countryside Alliance should be thought of in the same way the Taxpayers Alliance is. They clearly aren't alliances in favour of what they claim to represent. They're niche, largely abhorrent lobby groups funded by nefarious means hiding behind a fluffy name.
