Okay, folks, who is putting together the list of the funniest crimes that Biden should be committing between now and election day to highlight the absurdity of today's immunity ruling? Not the stuff like assassinations. Just stuff to make a point.

Cities can be easy/fast to drive cars through or they can be safe/pleasant to be in but they absolutely cannot be both at the same time

I need to listen to Khemmis more often. I revisited Hunted this evening and it’s so good.

Rode my bike in just-above-freezing drizzle to meet a friend for a drink, talked together for over three hours and rode home.

There’s something about biking uphill in the rain that’s so comforting. Especially late at night when there’s no one else around. It felt so good.

MYSTERY: I was driving in the woods one night with the radio on scan, and a song came on whose chorus was women rhythmically chanting “LOLOLOL.” I've searched for years and found nothing…except ONE reddit post from 2016 describing the exact same song: www.reddit.com/r/tipofmyton...

Anyone know it??

Yesterday I was playing Xmas music for my 4yo and a song came on that I hadn’t heard but I really recognized, though in my head it was with harmonized guitars…

And that’s how I learned that Nightwish’s Walking in the Air (off Oceanborn) is a cover of a Xmas song.

Alright Metalsky - It's too difficult to try and "rank" the myriad albums I've loved this year so I'm just going to share some highlights in no particular order.

I’m told American cities generally don’t use bollards because cars will hit them. And so I’m left to wonder what we prefer cars to hit.

While NASA’s working on this, I will be focused on building houses in Seattle by 2040.
NASA is now plotting a return to the moon. This time, the stay will be long-term.

To make it happen, NASA is going to build houses on the moon that can be used not just by astronauts, but by ordinary civilians as well. Here’s how they plan to do it. nyti.ms/3RDcHlT

One time I played a variation on Mafia/Werewolf called "Donner Party" and when someone asked me if I was a cannibal I said "yes", because I figured an actual cannibal would say "no" to keep the going. Also I can't lie.

This XKCD completely gets me. xkcd.com/2833/
