Y’all shit is really bad. The disillusionment is fierce. This is a reminder of the need to shut off, rejuvenate. Get a massage, read a book, touch grass, start a new activity, watch movies etc, etc, etc. Just do something that brings you joy and/or relaxation cause it’s gonna be a loooooong 3 years
