Do you think early man's first time eating potatoes was baked or boiled?
Because on one hand, you just need to put a potato near a fire to bake it... Or you could skewer it on a stick and roast it over a fire? But wasn't it more common to boil or steam hard vegetables?

i'm still playing the first Fallout game. the controls no longer plague me. i have realized how much i appreciate games warning me when the things i say are good v naughty and will lead to CONSEQUENCES, because this one does not. i am kind of overwhelmed by story without quest-tracking mechanics.

I THINK I will be able to send my book to my agent tomorrow.
It ended up under 60k words, but that's just how long the story took. We'll see how that sits. A lot of horror lit I read is on the short end, so I think it'll be ok?
I do have to finish the synopsis tho :|
