In Donkey Kong Country 2, it is possible to trap Diddy Kong in a state of eternal horror. Hitting K. Rool with a team-up throw in a specific manner will cause Diddy's eyes to pop out in shock; however, he will never recover and stay in this state until the game is reset.

Yeah, being an industry animator means I’m overworked, underpaid, have to fight tooth and nail for permission to make anything I want to create, and I have no ownership over anything I work on, but really, the biggest issue we’re facing today is the increasing use of ML data centers in production.

Okay……well, APPARENTLY, it’s a ““”personal foul””” to perform quarter-circle-forward motions in the end zone now. I get cracking down on shows of exuberance by those rowdy inner city youths on live tv, but targeting a certified GAMER?!?!? The #NCAA refs are really taking things too far these days…

In Super Mario RPG, the Guerrilla enemy is a "knock-off" of Donkey Kong. This is referenced in a unique way by its Japanese name, which replaces two of its characters with similar ones as though on a bootleg product logo. In English, this could be conveyed as e.g. "Donkev Konq".

Say what you will about Charlie Kirk but I truly felt for the guy. For one thing, I’m just like him. As a matter of fact, everyone I know is just like him. In a way, we’re all Charlie Kirk right now. Really, despite our mere differences in opinion, our politics are practically indistinguishable.
