Ultimately, this shows that the system works. When there is real fraud, it is investigated and the perpetrators are prosecuted with actual evidence. Neither Trump nor Musk have ever shown ANY evidence for their claims of voter fraud or government waste.

I am eager to criticize any justice at any time, but I think I understand the shadow docket pretty well and I think Jackson did damn near as much as she could have done here to support what we now know is her ultimate position — opposing the stay request in the SNAP benefits case.
