Just a little booger in this big ol’ world
Because I have been home sick all week flat on my ass in bed, unable to rub two brain cells together I fell back into FB and news. The garbage fire burns brighter I see. I have found a glimmer of good news to wash my brain with and hopefully, it helps you as well. ilovelibraries.org/article/all-...

When are people going to begin the vital planning needed to undo all that the Trump presidency has done. Can we start that now please because being reactionary alone won’t fix how horrible the US has become.

Traveled for TGiving and am now sick. Wouldn’t it be nice if people masked when they were sick to prevent spread of illness.
- Oh damn, sorry that was so socially concerned and therefore evil of me.

The Dems running against these incumbents were given a gift. Learn from it. Time have changed and people are done.
They took the money and ran. We get nothing
8 Dem Senators: "The GOP will not negotiate, so we'll just cave (again)."

Ro Khana is right. Chuck Schumer is not an effective leader, and he must go!

Gavin Newsom is right: "Pathetic"

Primaries start May '26.

UNTIL IT’S DONE, Ep. 4: Sylvia Rivera

In the 1970s, queer New Yorkers had been pushed to the margins of NYC. Our trans neighbors faced immense cruelty. But in Sylvia Rivera, they found a champion.

As we combat Trump’s politics of darkness, her legacy can light the path forward.

Ok let’s talk about this:

He cites no legal authority because there is none.

“Antifa” isn’t an organization.

Being anti-fascist means fighting fascism.

They’ll label anyone they want to go after as “antifa” or providing “material support” & prosecute them.

(For the record, that’s fascism.)
Designating Antifa as a Domestic Terrorist Organization
Section 1.  Antifa as a Terrorist Threat.  Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States

1. The Trump administration has filed an emergency motion with the Supreme Court to reinstate its transgender passport restrictions.

The filing in the much-criticized shadow docket could cast trans travelers into chaos, with a decision likely soon.

Trump Files Emergency SCOTUS Motion Over Trans Passport Gender Markers; Decision Could Come Quickly
The motion comes after multiple courts have found Trump's passport gender marker ban for transgender people to likely violate their constitutional rights and US law.

Is there H1-B Visa abuse to bring low paid workers to the US, yes, but thats not the real problem.Let’s put blame where blame is due. American politicians have gutted our educational systems for decades now and Americans voted for it because we didn’t want to pay taxes. That was a bad choice.

Absolutely incredible turnout for Budapest Pride! So proud of all the organizers, including some old friends, who estimate hundreds of thousands— major embarrassment to Orban
