As she lay there taking her last breaths I made her a promise. To end the suffering for dogs like her.
We've sterilized 60,000 dogs since then, building a hospital in her name and now this.

I don't understand how some folks are unable to see that the illegal disappearing of people is a class issue. The wealthy and well-connected get due process. The rest of us don't. This is part of the oligarchy, not a distraction from it.

We have 2 significant advantages over Germans in the 1930's:
1. We fully understand the cost of their underreaction and complicity
2. We have communication systems that hadn't been dreamed up yet & see in real time what's happening to Kilmar, Rumeysa, Mohsen.
We can't squander these advantages.
