It doesn't make any sense to conceive of due process as a right that individual people can have or not have at all tbh. Bad framing from the start. Due process is a restriction on the government's actions, and by definition it applies to either everyone or no one.

cool guys
a large, glossy slug curls around itself into a crescent shape as it munches on some moss. it is primarily an olive-yellow green, with black blotches along its lower body. the background is a blurred patchwork of light green moss and leaves a lone mushroom arches out of a forest of moss, its bright pink skin cracking out of its dusty brown exterior. the stem is an ochre yellow; the mushroom itself has been chewed on a ghostly mushroom grows out of a rotting log. its a dusky blue, with a light yellow centre. it resembles a fan, and is coated with circular specks of spore. a rugged mushroom grows upwards from the forest floor. its a creamy white on the top, with a rough, textured surface. the mustard yellow pores of its underside are just visible. again, its stems is a golden ochre yellow.
