First, get oil companies to pay income tax period. Many, including Chevron (who may really end up “running Venezuela”) have paid zero in income tax over one or more of the past years.
Can we please have Trump’s plan to have taxpayers reimburse oil companies for their costs in Venezuela put in an appropriations bill so representatives of the people can vote on the record whether they support that like the Founders intended? Congress still exists, right?
