I'm in a 40 day exercise w/ my yoga studio. The biggest thing that I have noticed so far is that caring for yourself, loving your person, & focusing on what it takes to be the best you, enables people to spill out kindness, empathy, & wisdom. Don't bother arguing about whether ICE is a police force or a military force. It's neither. It behaves as a disorganized, violent mob, cursing, shouting contradictory orders, and attacking unarmed citizens on a whim. It is deployed to create fear and chaos, not to enforce laws or establish order.
