Um euch einen kleinen Eindruck von den Weihnachtsrealitäten hier in Kyjiw zu geben: Der Plan der Stromausfälle sieht bei mir heute Abschaltungen zwischen 5:30 und 12:30 sowie dann zwischen 16:00 und 23:00 vor. Wieder bis zu 17 Stunden ohne Strom in manchen Stadtteilen.
