I always find it interesting how folks in my small farming community in a blue state can complain endlessly about electricity costs, but when a local farm that hasn't been productive for years tries to build a solar farm that could power the area and totally offset town facility electric costs 1/3

for all of my gardening peeps out there, I only clean on rainy days so you can imagine what it's been like here in CT until the last few - just know that a gardener's best friend is low lighting - the house looks just fine in dramatic mood lighting

So while I'm digging, planting a food field and rewilding to help the planet, my spouse put his energy into his version of garden sculpture - dragon, treasure at it's feet, dwarves and orc at the bottom with generic obelisks at the "entrance" for good measure - best helper ever
